  • Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Delivery Issues & Resolution

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Delayed Deliveries

Undelivered Packages

  • One re-delivery attempt may be made by the courier partner.
  • Orders that remain unclaimed or undelivered may be returned to our warehouse.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery may be available for selected pin codes.
